It is your option to opt out/decline any of your currently approved testing accommodations. If you choose to opt out/decline any of your approved accommodations, the accommodations will not be automatically approved for subsequent administrations of the LSAT and/or LSAT Argumentative Writing. Instead, if you believe you will need that accommodation on a subsequent administration of the test, you will need to submit a new request for accommodation in accordance with applicable policies and timelines.
How to Opt Out/Decline
Before Your Test’s Registration Deadline
To edit your previously approved accommodations, visit the “Request Accommodations” page within your LSAC JD Account and click the Request Accommodations button to begin the request form. (The “Request Accommodations” page can be found within your account’s LSAT menu.) During Step 4 of the request form, please use the “Changes to original Submission” field to indicate which previously approved accommodations you are choosing to opt out of.
