The Director of Admissions for the School of Law will be responsible for acknowledging the submission of applications and receipt of other related documents and fees, reviewing files for missing material, data entry of prospective student information, student file maintenance, and preparation of related correspondence. The Director of Admissions in consultation with the Assistant Dean of Admissionsdevelops and implements strategies to meet enrollment goals, analyzes admissions data, trends, and market research to optimize recruitment efforts.

Department-Specific Responsibilities

The Assistant Dean for Admissions is responsible for managing all aspects of juris doctor (J.D.) student recruitment and enrollment for the University of California, Irvine School of Law. Reporting directly to the Dean, the Assistant Dean leads the Admissions Office, develops and implements a competitive marketing and recruitment strategy, allocates scholarships to incoming J.D. students, manages and develops pipeline programs, and oversees and participates in activities designed to facilitate acceptance by admitted applicants to the J.D. degree program.

The University of Maine School of Law is accepting applications for an Associate Dean of Student Services. The Associate Dean for Student Services provides leadership and strategic direction for a broad range of services and programs to enrich the overall experience of Law students and provides individualized support and resource referrals for students’ academic, professional, and personal development.

The Director of Admissions is responsible for the strategic oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University’s enrollment management efforts for J.D. and LL.M. programs.
