LSAT Inbox – March 19, 2025
Welcome to the LSAT Inbox! This is a blog series that answers frequently asked questions about the LSAT®. We encourage you to check back often for answers to more questions you may have as you prepare for the test.
Where can I find the April 2025 LSAT scheduling details?
Please visit our April LSAT scheduling blog for information about scheduling your test, as well as details on the staggered schedule being used for April LSAT scheduling.
If you’re registered for the April 2025 LSAT, you also should have received an email on Tuesday, March 18 with detailed scheduling information. When scheduling opens on March 25, all registered April 2025 test takers will receive instructions via email to guide them through the scheduling process.
Where can I go to schedule for the LSAT?
Once scheduling is open, please log into your LSAC JD Account and navigate to your LSAT Registrations page. You will see your eligibility number and link(s) that will take you directly to the Prometric scheduling system.
I am a multiday test taker, and I have not been able to schedule when I go into my Online Services account. What do I do?
Prometric will schedule your testing sessions directly using the preferences you submitted when you registered for the test. If you need to update your preferences, you may contact Prometric by calling 1.800.967.1139 and use Option 4 (Their business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET). You will receive a confirmation email when you are scheduled, and your confirmation numbers, times, and dates will also be listed in your Online Services account.
My accommodations request is still under review. Should I schedule, or should I wait for my approval to be finalized?
You should go ahead and schedule your test. If you need to be rescheduled after your accommodations request is processed, a Prometric and/or an LSAC representative will work with you to reschedule.
I selected my test date and time during LSAT registration. Do I still need to schedule my test date and time?
Yes. Although you shared your preferences with LSAC during the registration process, your test is not scheduled. Please schedule your test at your earliest convenience once the scheduling window is open.
I would like to review the Candidate Agreement again to get familiar with the terms and conditions of the LSAT. Where can I do that?
Please go to LSAC Candidate Agreement: Terms and Conditions for the LSAT and the LSAT—Puerto Rico to review this information. This information is also available on the LSAT status page in your online account.
I am unable to take the April 2025 LSAT. Can I change my test date? Are the summer or fall tests an option?
Yes, you have until April 9, 2025, to change your April 2025 LSAT test registration to the June 2025 LSAT. Please review our website for any applicable fees.
Registration for the 2025-2026 testing cycle will open in mid-May.
