Any user of the LSAC Law School Job Board understands and agrees that the user is obligated to defend, save, indemnify and hold LSAC, its officers, directors, affiliates, employees and other personnel harmless against any and all claims, suits, damages, losses or expenses (including attorneys’ fees and related costs) from any claim made against LSAC by the user or any third party that is related to or arising out of any use by the user of the LSAC Law School Job Board.
