Customer representatives will be available by phone (1.800.336.3982), email (LSACinfo@LSAC.org) and chat from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday and from 12 noon to 4 p.m. ET on Saturday and Sunday with the exception of Wednesday, December 25 and Wednesday, January 1, when offices are fully closed.
