Jenna Cook is vice president for human resources at the Law School Admission Council. She leads the organization’s HR functions including talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation and benefits, wellness, employee relations, employee training and skill development, Human Resources Information System and reporting, payroll, leave management, and employment law compliance. Cook collaborates closely with leadership to design and implement the overall human resources strategy in alignment with LSAC’s mission and values. She is deeply committed to fostering a positive work environment by encouraging open communication, emphasizing diverse and inclusive practices, investing in employee career growth, empowering managers as leaders, promoting teamwork, and developing a sense of purpose for all employees, connecting their day-to-day work to LSAC’s overarching goals.
Prior to joining LSAC, she was associate vice president for human resources at a private college providing HR solutions and support to both faculty and staff. Cook holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from SUNY Potsdam and obtained her MS in human resource development from Indiana State University. She has worked in nonprofit, for-profit, education, and consulting environments throughout her 30-year HR career.
