Transcript: Dual-Mode LSAT Test Announcement

Transcript

Studies consistently show the LSAT® is the single best predictor of law school success.

  • Accepted by all U.S. and Canadian law schools.
  • More than 98% of applicants use the LSAT.
  • Tests skills necessary for law school success.

Since May 2020, LSAC has delivered the LSAT online and remotely proctored ... enabling test takers to test safely and securely at home.

But for some, taking a test at home may present some challenges.

We heard you! Starting in August 2023, most test takers will have the option of taking their multiple choice LSAT at home or at a test center.

Through Prometric, LSAC will offer the LSAT at test centers worldwide ... while also keeping the live, remotely proctored option for those who prefer testing at home.

The LSAT Writing essay will still be offered remotely, 24/7, 365 days a year … so you can complete it at a time that is most convenient to you.
