The University of Idaho College of Law will host a discussion and panel about applying to law school as a “first gen.” Broadly defined, first-generation students are those whose parents or legal guardians have not completed bachelor’s degrees—they are the first in their families to attend a four-year school and graduate. The panel will include current law students and alumni who will share insight into their experience as a first-generation law student.
