Summary of Position
Elon University School of Law is hiring an Assistant/Associate Dean for Admissions. Elon Law’s 2.5-year curriculum emphasizes engaged and experiential learning in law, integrating traditional classroom instruction with a required, full-time residency-in-practice field placement for all full-time students during the winter or spring of their second year. Since adopting this curriculum, applications are up 66%, including an increase of 9% in 2024. Enrollment growth has been accompanied by improving academic credentials and continued strong diversity.

Additional Information
The Assistant/Associate Dean for Admissions reports to the Dean and is responsible for the overall direction and performance of the law school's full-time JD Program recruiting and admissions process. The Assistant/Associate Dean also works closely with the law school’s Vice Dean and Dean with regard to admissions process for the law school’s part-time JD Program.
