Ask an Expert: Financing a Legal Education

9:00 am–9:45 am (ET)

Get answers from the experts who are currently working in law school admission and financial aid. In this session, we will answer questions regarding the types of aid that are available, the federal loan application process, and other questions you may have about how to finance a legal education. Come with your own questions or just interact with others who are preparing for the admission process.

Ask an Expert: Navigating the Law School Application Process

9:45 am–10:30 am (ET)

Law school admission representatives will answer some of the most commonly asked questions about the application process, such as self-assessment, scheduling and timing, writing personal statements, and other admission-related topics. Come with your own questions or interact with others who are preparing for the admission process.

Ask an Expert: Advice from the Prelaw Advisors

10:30 am–11:15 am (ET)

A prelaw advisor is an important source of information if you’re thinking about law school. In this session, prelaw advisors will identify the best resources for learning more about legal education and career opportunities in law, provide guidance on preparing for law school (including helpful undergraduate courses), and more. This session will be particularly useful to law school hopefuls who do not have access to a prelaw advisor at their undergraduate institution. Come with questions or simply listen in and interact with others who are preparing for the law school application process.
